All returns and exchanges must: • Be in the original unopened packaging and contain all the original pieces. (Items must be in re-saleable condition – not torn, worn or damaged). • ONLY be returned for even exchange or store credit. • A receipt is required for ALL returns. We can only accept: • Brownie Try-Its with brown borders, • Junior badges with green borders • Cadette/Senior Interest Patches with blue borders. All other color border cannot be accepted. • Iron on troop numerals in their full package. (Non iron-on numbers cannot be accepted.) Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. This policy includes all merchandise, including defective items.
