Veterans History Project
All Girl Scouts and families are invited to attend the Veterans History Project training. Girl Scouts under 16 can run technology and do administrative tasks while Girl Scouts 16 and over can conduct interviews.
The Library of Congress and the National Museum of the American Indian at the Smithsonian will be hosting a FREE training on creating oral histories for war time veterans with the Veterans History Project. The training will provide tools and resources for members of the community that want to honor our veterans by preserving their stories for generations to come. Anyone interested in preserving this history, sharing a story, or assisting in the collection is encouraged to attend this free training.
