Girl Scouts in Alaska are leaders when:• She flies a mission at the Challenger Learning Center in Kenai and gains confidence in her ability to lead her peers.
$45 provides financial assistance for a girl to go to Return to the Moon.
• It’s her first time at camp. Through the support of her counselors and the other girls she found the courage to work all week to pass her swim test!
$500 keeps the cost of camp affordable for all girls.
• She loves science in school but the only place she sees women scientists is on television. At the Women of Science & Technology Day in her community she is able to talk to women who share her passion and find the path that will let her fulfill her dreams and make a difference in her community.
$1,000 helps us to bring the Women of Science & Technology Day event to a rural/remote community.Your generosity is appreciated at all levels ~ and what can feel better than making the difference in the life of a girl?
