Encampment

We can’t wait to see you June 3rd – 5th at the Alaska State Fairgrounds!

Encampment is Girl Scouts of Alaska’s largest camping event! Every two years, Girl Scouts from across Alaska meet at the Palmer Fairgrounds to spend the first weekend in June camping out, meeting new friends, learning new skills, and having fun!

General Information

Who can attend? What do we need to pack? What forms do we need? What are SWAPs? All that and more in the Encampment Info Packet.

The Info Packet contains all you need to know to have a fun and safe Encampment!

We have a new, more flexible, payment structure! Use this Encampment Payment Calculator to estimate your total cost.

New – by popular demand! This year’s program workshops will be all about the outdoors. On your registration form, you’ll be able to choose from a variety of outdoor-focused sessions as well as “Just for Fun” sessions like tie-dye and songs and games.  Click here to read the program descriptions.
