Application for National Council Delegates 2025-2027
The 2026 Girl Scout Convention is scheduled for July 20-25, 2026, in Washington D.C. in honor of the 250th anniversary of the movement’s founding in the US. The 57th National Council Session (NCS) is the national business meeting being held during the convention in which Delegates from every council across the nation and USA Girl Scouts Overseas meet to discuss, debate and vote on issues important to the Girl Scout movement, and elect leaders for the next triennium.
Girl Scouts of Alaska will elect three National Council Delegates and one National Council Alternate for the 2025-2027 term. Girls aged 14 and older and adults are eligible to apply.
Applications will be considered and approved by the GSAK Board of Directors in Fall 2024.
