Badges:
We are bringing back Badge-in-a-Box kits. Each kit focuses on a specific badge for each level and includes everything needed to help the troop girls earn the badge. We have written easy-to-follow directions for the leader to help guide them through the process.
Badge-in-a-Box kits can be picked up at the Anchorage Girl Scout store OR mailed to you. Please allow 1-2 weeks for assembling and shipping your kit. The kits are designed for groups of at least 12 Girl Scouts.
Girl Scout Way Box: Engage your Girl Scouts – new and old – in learning about and practicing the traditions, spirit, and values of Girl Scouting. They will try out a game from 1912, celebrate their Girl Scout experience with a keepsake craft, eat sweet treats to commemorate a Girl Scout holiday, and participate in the time-honored candle-lighting ceremony. This box will not only help girls earn their Girl Scout Way badge, but they will also develop their connection to the larger sisterhood and demonstrate their commitment to the Girl Scout Law. Available for all Girl Scout levels from Daisy through Ambassador.

Here are many activities where your girl can learn about the world around her, discover new interests, and earn a patch!
Girl Scouts of Alaska Council Patches
Girls can learn more about the Last Frontier by earning council patches. View the Council Patch Book. GSAK council patches are available for purchase for girls or troops. Kits are not currently available to check out as they are in the process of being updated. Activities that fit the theme and goals of the patches may be substituted for those that require specific kit supplies.
Girl Scouts of Alaska Fun Patches
All previous Patch of the Month PDFs are now available in the resources section of the Volunteer Toolkit and under the Files tab in each Troop Leader rally on Rallyhood. Most patches for these programs are not available to order, but can always be substituted with another similar fun patch that we have in stock. Please stop by or contact us at 907-248-2250 to see what we have available.
