Being kind to others is part of the Girl Scout Law. It can also help you physically and mentally. Think about ways others have been kind to you and how you have shown kindness in the past. Think about who you would like to show kindness to in your community and brainstorm ways to show them kindness. Then, go do that act of kindness!
