Join SheJumps Wild Skills Junior Search and Rescue, a day camp with Juneau Mountain Rescue on Saturday, June 8th! Girls will learn the outdoor skills necessary to be a part of a Search and Rescue (SAR) team.
This SheJumps Wild Skills event is structured as a full day camp experience. Parents/legal guardians will drop girls off, and then they are split into age-appropriate groups that rotate through the different stations during the day. Throughout the day, girls are taught a range of outdoor skills that are utilized by the SAR team in the field. Girls will work alongside female SAR and SheJumps volunteers to learn more about the many facets of rescue and first aid.
